  • At Bagru Chhipa Textile, we take pride in offering handcrafted textiles that reflect the rich heritage of Bagru and Dabu printing. As each piece is made by skilled artisans, slight variations in color, print, and texture are natural and celebrated as part of the handmade process. We encourage our customers to embrace these unique characteristics as a mark of authenticity.

    Exchange Policy

    Eligibility:
     Exchanges are accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

    Timeframe to Request Exchange:
     Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

    Exchange Delivery Timeframe:
     Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 4–7 business days.

    Process:

    1. Contact our customer support at bagruchhipatextiles@gmail.com or call us at +91 8306633162 to request an exchange.

    2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA).

    3. Securely package the item with the RA number and send it to the following return address:

    Shipping Costs:
     Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

    Conditions:

    ●      Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    ●      Sale items, customized products, and cut or altered fabrics are not eligible for exchange.

    Return Policy

    2. Share details of the issue along with photographs if applicable.

    3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) and return instructions.

    Refunds:

    ●      After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

    ●      If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–6 business days.

    Conditions:

    ●      Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached.

    ●      Returns due to preference in color or design will not be accepted, as minor variations are intrinsic to handcrafted items.

    Important Notes

    ●      Color Variations: Products are created using natural dyes and traditional block printing. Slight color differences are not considered defects but a hallmark of handcrafted artistry.

    ●      Customized Products: Items that are custom-made or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange.
