At Bagru Chhipa Textiles, we are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Our policies are designed to provide transparency and ensure that you can make well-informed decisions when placing your order.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping Charges
● Domestic (India): We offer FREE SHIPPING across India, regardless of payment method (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery).
● International: Shipping charges are calculated per kilogram and vary depending on the destination. The total cost will be displayed at checkout based on the final weight of your order.
Taxes & Duties
● For international shipments, import duties, customs charges, and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.
● Please verify your country’s import regulations before placing an international order. Returns or cancellations are not accepted for international shipments once dispatched.
● If customs duties are not paid or the package is refused, we are not liable for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Delivery Timelines
Our products are handcrafted with care, which requires a longer processing time.
● Standard Delivery Timelines: Usually 15-20 working days for both Domestic and International orders.
● Delays During Peak Seasons: During festivals, peak seasons, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, curfews, political unrest), delivery may be delayed by 10–15 additional working days. Customers will be informed of any such delays via email or phone.
Order Fulfillment Process
- After placing your order, it is processed, quality-checked, and securely packaged.
- The package is handed over to our delivery partners, which include Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DHL, Aramex, and others.
- You will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS, which can be used to monitor the shipment status on the respective courier’s website.
We currently ship to over 220 countries worldwide. Shipping availability for your country will be confirmed at checkout.
Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth post-delivery experience:
● We recommend recording an unboxing video and taking time-stamped photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
● If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the package. Instead, take a video, capture photos, and contact us immediately.
● Send the visuals and your order number to bagruchhipatextiles@gmail.com to help us raise a claim and resolve the issue.
Order Cancellations
● Prepaid and COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Credit Notes
● Credit notes, if issued, will be sent to your registered email ID.
● They can be redeemed only once on our official website.
● Validity: 3 months from the date of issue.
Important Notes
● All items marked as 'Sale' are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange or refund.
● Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor delays may occur beyond the standard timeline.
● In the rare event of a prolonged delay, Bagru Chhipa Textiles Jaipur Private Limited will refund the full order amount. However, the company will not be held legally liable for any such delays.
