Delivery

Bagruchhipatextiles.com delivers globally and assures the use of the best possible transport/courier agencies to deliver your products. Bagruchhipatextiles.com will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases, the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges as well.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for all Pan-India orders.

  • For international orders, shipping charges apply as per actuals. Once the order is ready for dispatch, customers will be notified via e-mail regarding courier charges. These charges must be paid by the customer before dispatch. Courier receipts will be shared with the customer.

VAT & Import Duties

The VAT / GST / Custom Duty / Local Taxes / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, payable at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by them. Bagruchhipatextiles.com does not include these extra charges in the displayed product price. These duties and taxes are over and above the order value.

Shipment Time

Any product you purchase from Bagruchhipatextiles.com that is MTO (Made to Order) will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks of order booking. We generally receive the supplier’s merchandise in our Order Processing Center within three weeks after receiving your order, post which we prepare and ship it via our courier partners.

Note: These timelines are indicative. Orders may be shipped earlier or later depending on product availability, customization, and other factors. Dispatch and shipping time varies from product to product.

Transit Risk

All orders dispatched by Bagruchhipatextiles.com are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer.

Shipping Address

Bagruchhipatextiles.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers must provide complete addresses with postal codes. Incomplete address listings that result in delays will require customers to bear reshipping charges.

Change of Shipping Address

Customers can change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into Bagruchhipatextiles.com and visiting the My Account section. No changes will be entertained after 24 hours of order placement.

Delivery of Multiple Products

If you purchase multiple products in a single order, all products will be dispatched together. If customization is requested, the order will be dispatched only once customization is complete.

Delay in Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to natural calamities, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, Bagruchhipatextiles.com shall not refund, return, replace, or exchange the order.

In case the delay is caused due to unavailability of stock, Bagruchhipatextiles.com will inform you via email, and you may choose an alternate product, opt for store credit, or request a refund for that product.
